Hi, I’m Brok Lee. You may recognize me as the handsome vegetable found in many delicious foods. (My performance in the Growums Stir-Fry Garden is especially fantastic!)

Sure, I can put on an award-worthy garden show for you. But being a healthy food is no act! When you grow and eat vitamin-packed vegetables like broccoli, you can perform your best, too!

Growing Debut: My first growing scene was in central and southern Europe. (The Romans presented me with the Five Green Fingers of Jupiter Award for my delicious performance.)
Heartthrob Facts: I’m full of wonderful fiber to help your heart, calcium to help your bones and vitamin C to help ease the ugliness of the common cold.
Celebrity Hairdo: Do you like my hair? It’s actually made of delicious little flower buds. (They look great online, don’t you think?)
Speech: “I would like to thank the Growums Academy for naming me “Best Vegetable in a Stir-Fry Garden!” (The nominations aren’t even in yet – I’m just practicing.)
